Shipping policy

CURRENT DELAYS: Some areas are experiencing delivery delays due to severe weather conditions in some parts of Australia. Allow up to 21 business days just in case. Thank you for your patience and stay safe everyone. 

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date due to high demand and/or public holidays.

February Orders: Our 4 Week Annual Holiday to NZ is coming up in February - Order by 10 February to have orders shipped. Back on March 10, 2026.

Standard Shipping throughout Australia. Order left in a safe place. Watch for a courier 'collect from PO' if courier deems it not safe to leave your parcel or can't access your residence. If you do not collect within 7 days of the card being issued/left to you, your parcel/s will be retuned to our manufacturer and your order and payment becomes null and void without credit or refund from us. In some cases we may offer you a 30% discount to reorder and pay for the same items.

Standard Delivery Rates apply. Starting at $10 and weight based.

Free Shipping  (Standard) is offered from time to time.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box or Locked Box. Street address is required. We do not offer Express Post.

The exact delivery address you give us is immediately processed so please check that address you give us is correct. We do not deliver to a Post Office Box or a Locked Bag. 

Orders are processed SAME DAY during my office hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding all Australian Public Holidays and Weekends. Shipping is usually 5-7 business days and can be longer in rural or remote areas. Delays can be expected due to (but not limited to) peak ordering periods (December/January), sale periods, supplier delivery, shipping delays, pandemics, and natural disasters. Allow up to 14 business days.

Items may be delivered in separate packages for orders of 2+ items. They may arrive a few days apart.

High Demand Items

Some items are in high demand and in short supply around Australia and Globally. These may have a longer delivery time. This includes waterproof beanbag covers and cushion covers.

Every December through February are peak periods for us hence longer delivery dates. Allow 21 business days to be safe. Thank you for your patience. Only email us if you have not received your order after 28 business days.

Some of our covers and some colourways are custom made therefore expect a short delay whilst we manufacture these specifically for you.

Bulk orders of products: Allow up to 28 business days for delivery. Items may be delivered in separate packages for orders of 2+ items.

Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags does not control the scheduling of delivery by the Delivery Service Providers. As such, multiple shipments of Products may not be delivered at the same time. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery

You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags integrate delivery (the 'Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the 'Delivery Service Providers') in Australia, and Internationally. A tracking number may not be provided with your dispatch. You may receive an email from me with your up-to-date tracking information.

In providing the Purchase Services, Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags may provide you with a variety of delivery options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.

In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags asks that you:

(a) contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and

(b) contact us by sending an email to info@aussieoutdoorcushionsandbeanbags.com outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.

Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags is not liable for Products lost or damaged in shipment and any claims should be addressed to the Delivery Service Provider. For this reason you may wish to purchase separate insurance for your shipment.

If a shipment is made via Australia Post and the Products are lost for at least 30 days, Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags may, at its sole discretion and on a goodwill basis, elect to re-ship a duplicate order.

If you elect our Free Standard Shipping or Standard Shipping you agree to have a shipment left unattended at an address. If the parcel is left at an unattended address or if a third party at the shipping address signs for the Products, you agree that this is at your risk and Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result.

We do not accept responsibility for delivery delays, nor do we provide any compensation, cancellation or refunds for delayed deliveries.

Claims for non-delivered items will not be recognised after 30 days.

No Frills

Your products will arrive in 'no-frills' packaging. I am a small supplier only. I keep only small amounts of products at my warehouse in Stapylton. Therefore I may use different options to supply you with 'high demand' products that are in short supply here in Australia (and sometimes globally too). This creates a demand and some very high prices at other stores. By searching out suppliers I am able to find supplies of these 'hard to get' products. Your package will be no-frills. That means no fancy packaging branding or gift wrapping. Your order may come in separate deliveries and may come from national or international shippers or other suppliers, manufacturers, or 3PL services. Gifts: Pleased take note of the above with regards to ordering gifts that you wish delivered directly to the Gift Recipient.
