Refund policy

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES

Many of my products come with a 1 year warranty or a 100% money-back guarantee. This will be stated on the product description. This does not apply to user misuse or not adhering to product care found on each item description.

With regards to a manufacturing fault as defined by us, Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the products/ within 14 days of the date of delivery where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any return pursuant to this clause. See below. If you purchase a Beanbag Inner/s this will not be refunded in the event that you find a fault in your Beanbag Cover and we process a refund.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE. Check your item for any faults as soon as it arrives. This includes water testing for any Beanbag Covers.

SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED, INCLUDING DISCOUNTS OFFERED ON ITEMS BY US.

BULK ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR PROVIDE REFUNDS IF YOU:

(a) change your mind, or purchased a product as a gift which the recipient does not want; once you place your order we cannot change the colour - please consider colour choices carefully.

(b) decide that the size of the Product is unsuitable (all Product dimensions are set out on the relevant Product page);

(c) place an order for a cushion cover or a bean bag cover in the belief that this includes the filling (it is clearly stated on each product page that filling is not included);

(d) have damaged the Products due to a lack of maintenance, abuse, abnormal service or handling or any act or omission, or do not use a Beanbag Waterproof Inner Liner as we recommend.

(e) have failed to read the relevant information in relation to the Product including style of items, and accuracy of item colours, which are as accurate as we can make them, but this is dependent on differing device monitors, and from time to time, manufacturer/supplier colours being different to the photographs representing the item/s.

(f)  have ordered an incorrect quantity or an incorrect product and this is not due to a mistake by Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags.

(g) have opened the packaging, used the product or removed the product from the packaging

(h) have removed any labels and/or brand label or instructions

(i) have broken or damaged any seals.

(j) give us an incorrect or incomplete address for delivery or give us a PO Box or Locked Box.

Where Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags accepts a return or issues a credit or refund, this will be subject to you paying a refund or restocking fee of $5-$40.00 per item which will be deducted from any refund or credit payable to you. In the event the package has been opened, an additional repacking fee of $5-$20.00 per item will be charged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags will refund you if you place an order for a Product that is no longer manufactured and stocks have sold out indefinitely and you do not accept an instore credit.

Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags will consider an exchange of faulty product at our discretion. Photos will be required as requested. This will need to be discussed with our supplier and a decision made based on your photos, use of product, and could take up to 7 business days to reach a decision. There will be delay of up to 21 business days for you to receive the new product.

Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded. These goods are processed immediately and manufactured and shipped by priority.

Item colours cannot be changed once ordered. These goods are processed immediately and manufactured and shipped immediately.

Where Aussie Outdoor Cushions & Beanbags accepts a return you agree to follow the following returns process:

Mail your returned Product (at your cost) using a trackable postal service to us or to our Australian supplier or to our International supplier. Wait for us to supply the correct address.

Include a signed letter stating the reason for the return and the original receipt as proof of purchase.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORISED PRIOR TO RECEIVING THEM OR YOUR CLAIM BECOMES NULL AND VOID. We do not accept items at our Stapylton, Qld address.
